Happy 2019! I hope your new year has been going well and good things are coming your way. We had a great start here at WTS Sacramento with our Annual Awards and Scholarships Dinner on January 31st at the Sheraton Grand, with over 300 people in attendance. During the evening, we awarded $22,000 in scholarships to young women seeking careers in the transportation industry. Congratulations again to all our recipients! We also had our first monthly lunch program of 2019 in February with Caltrans Deputy Director for Sustainability, Ellen Greenberg, who spoke on Transportation and Sustainability.
