March Lunch Program

Join us for our March Lunch Program about the SMForward Capital Program at   Sacramento International Airport. This month's program will feature Cindy Nichol, Sacramento County Director of Airports. To meet   all-time record passenger demand at Sacramento International Airport, Cindy is leading a $1.3 billion capital program called SMForward. This massive capital program includes adding ticketing and baggage space to Terminal A, 6-8 aircraft gates to Terminal B, a pedestrian walkway between Terminal B and Concourse B, a parking garage next to Terminal B, a consolidated rental car center in the terminal area, a ground transportation center, and roadway improvements.

The magnitude and complexity of SMForward requires airport staff and stakeholders to have a common vision of what is needed to serve future needs, innovation in project delivery methods, trend-setting financing tools, and tenacity.
